Matt's Monday Movie

With the Oscars being less than one week away, I figured I would do this week's “Matt's Monday” on my pick for the “Best Picture” category.
This year, there are ten nominations for Best Picture, which shows what a good year it was for movies. I'll admit that I've only seen six of the ten nominations, so my choice will just be between the films that I've seen.
One of the four that I haven't been able to see yet was The King's Speech. I hear from everyone who has seen it that it is fantastic, so I'm sure I'll be seeing it soon.
Inception, Black Swan, Toy Story 3, 127 Hours, The Social Network, and True Grit were all incredible, but my favorite, out of that group, will have to be 127 Hours.
I feel like Danny Boyle was the perfect director for this film and James Franco absolutely owned the lead role. I won't pretend to be a movie critic or anything, so I'll just say this about the film... I went into it wondering how they could make a story about a dude who cuts his own arm off into something worthwhile, but I left with a fresh appreciation for life and the people I live it with.
It was a great movie. See it... Also, let me know what film you think should win the Best Picture category.
Happy Monday!
